Not happy with your perfume? Don’t worry, you have up to 60 days to return it for a full refund provided that it meets our guidelines. To return your goods, please visit us in one of our branches, we do not provide delivery service for returns or exchange.

You may also exchange the item(s) with other perfumes that cost the same as the items returned, you will be charged extra if the perfume you want costs more than the one you’re returning, and vice versa; you will receive the cost difference back if the perfume you’re returning costs more than the perfume you want. Exchange guidelines are the same as return guidelines.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES for a full refund:

• All items purchased must be sent back within 60 days of the delivery date.
• We reserve the right to refuse excessive exchanges and returns.
• The perfume returned must not be used over 20%.
• Any perfume bottle that contains less than 80% fragrance will be denied.
• The label must still be on the perfume bottle (unremoved), any perfume bottle with no label will be refused.
